7. Returns and Refunds

Strict Return Policy: Returns are accepted only under specific conditions and at our sole discretion. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

General Return Requirements:

8. Warranties and Guarantees

8.1 Blushtaps Warranty Coverage

Limited Warranty: We provide warranty coverage for 1-3 years (as specified per product) exclusively for manufacturing defects. This warranty is strictly limited and subject to the conditions below.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Product failures due to factory defects
  • Structural integrity issues present at time of manufacture

8.2 Warranty Exclusions

The following are NOT covered under warranty:

  • Change of mind - Customer preference changes
  • Installation errors - Incorrect installation by customer or installer
  • Misuse or abuse - Use beyond intended purpose
  • Normal wear and tear - Expected deterioration from regular use
  • Damage from chemicals - Harsh cleaning products or chemicals
  • Environmental damage - Water damage, corrosion, or weather exposure
  • Accidental damage - Drops, impacts, or physical damage
  • Modifications - Any alterations to the original product
  • Cosmetic issues - Scratches, discoloration, or aesthetic concerns
  • Compatibility issues - Product not suitable for customer's application

8.3 Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us within the warranty period with proof of purchase
  2. Provide detailed description and photographic evidence of the defect
  3. Obtain written approval before returning the product
  4. Return product at your expense for inspection
  5. We will assess and determine if the issue is covered under warranty

8.4 Warranty Limitations
